I love easy weeks once in awhile, too!
I have an average weekly budget set at $40, but if I have a month where I go over, I try and set the next month at $25 per week to make up for it. It can be a fun challenge!!! (or a real failure ;0 )

Noelle-I agree... this week I didn't want to buy more than we need... we still have meat in the freezer, pasta, rice, and lots of frozen veggies... We are lucky to be able to say I'm only going to spend $25 this week on groceries and do just that!
